For Your Safety

 

Yoga, is physically challenging and carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. Whilst uncommon, this can include the risk of personal injury. Your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority, but we need you to take responsibility for this too.

Rules

  • You must act safely and sensibly at all times.  You are fully responsible for your own safety and wellbeing.

  • You must not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

  • You must follow cues, warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by the teacher.  If you are at all unclear do not undertake the posture.

  • We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate.  If you are concerned about this obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating.

  • Do not attempt to undertake any posture that is outside of your normal practice, comfort zone or range of motion.

  • Stop immediately if you experience any pain. 

Participation in our classes is entirely at your risk.  Some Yoga nor any of the individual teachers can be held responsible for any injury or harm you may sustain whilst undertaking classes. 

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE RULES BEFORE CONTINUING WITH A SOME YOGA CLASS.
